Fei and his companions were arrested for accidentally killing a police officer after taking cocaine. Yafei's series of atrocities should have been sentenced to death, but she was seen by Inspector Wu of the Intelligence Department's Secret Service Group and thought that she had great potential, so she recommended her superiors to exempt her from the death penalty and let her join the secret service team to carry out the death mission. After Yafei completed Inspector Wu's hell-style training, she was named to destroy the drug lord Jinhao.
