Synopsis

In search of a lost psychotronic weapon, director Dragoș Turea explores the secrets of psychotronic warfare and the USSR's involvement in the development of technologies that used the power of the mind for military purposes. On his journey through Moldova and Ukraine, he discovers a hidden world where scientists and parapsychologists from the former Soviet space were trained in covert experiments that defy the boundaries of reality.
