"His name: Jack Kelly. His job: police officer. His opponents: Hong Kong's underworld king Farris Beckmann and his extremely brutal organization. His goal: to eradicate crime once and for all! Undeterred, he fights his way through the juggernaut of crime with his partner Danny. Beckmann has built his organization into an empire through ice-cold murder, kidnapping and blackmail.
