Synopsis

The show challenges the age-old notion of marrying daughters into wealth while seeking poorer daughters-in-law. Set in Mumbai, it follows the Karnik family, a well-to-do joint family. Atharva Karnik, the youngest son, loves Ananya, a rich girl. His mother, already struggling with her wealthy daughter-in-law’s tantrums, doubts Ananya’s ability to fit in. Their relationship faces constant tests, reinforcing societal beliefs. However, Ananya proves her worth by standing by the family, striving to break stereotypes and show that kindness isn’t defined by wealth.
