Season 1

24 Feb, 2021

Yu Wanwan has survived more than a dozen attempts on her life, and she has survived them by acting simple — a marquis's legitimate daughter letting the household believe there is nothing behind her eyes worth killing. When she finally runs, a man named Ji Liangyue pulls her out of danger and offers her something she has never had: protection inside her own home. He wants one thing in return. Somewhere in that house is the poison that took three years of his life, and he wants her to find who put it there.

Season 2

29 Sep, 2021

Studying a landscape painting at Youmeng Xianju, Yu Wanwan looks too closely and finds herself inside it, living in a dynasty long past. A betrothal is arranged for her before she has any say in it, to Ji Liangyue, the most powerful man at court. What she discovers about him sends her looking for any way out of the match, and when that fails, for any way out of the painting.
